A: Yes! It offers Massage and Expression modes with three cycle patterns that mimic a baby’s natural nursing rhythm.
Q: Does the Spectra® Wearable have customized or preset cycles?
A: The Spectra Wearable features both Massage and Expression modes, with Expression mode offering three unique preset cycle patterns designed to support effective milk removal and personalized comfort.
Q: Does the Spectra® Wearable Breast Pump remember my last setting?
A: Yes, it will automatically start at the last used expression setting.
Q: Is the pump DEHP and BPA free?
A: Yes. All components that touch breast milk are BPA and DEHP-free and latex-free.
Q: What if I need different size flange inserts?
A: Currently, the product is not offered with breast flange inserts, although they may be available in the future. Should you have questions about fit, consult your doctor or a medical professional. (We have complementary IBCLC consults). As with any breast pump, stop use if abnormal pain, discomfort, or swelling occurs and consult a medical professional should the problem persist.
For those who prefer, commercially available flange inserts can be used with the Spectra wearable. These include Nuliie, sold on Amazon. When selecting an insert, we recommend a silicone construction that is free from sharp edges or other defects. Vacuum levels should not be decreased with an insert. If this happens, please consider an alternate.
